Platform metrics

GET /v1/metrics is reserved for aggregate platform/workspace metrics.

As of v1.7 the route returns 404 Not implemented. It is documented in OpenAPI with that shape so callers can detect the gap; the real response schema will be added once the endpoint is wired.
